Hastelloy C276 ASTM Standard B575 Plate is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium superalloy with tungsten added to make it more durable in a wide range of extreme environments. Even though there are many different types of nickel alloy, Hastelloy C276 Plate is by far the most common one to be used. Alloy C276 Plate is very resistant to deterioration in a wide range of extreme environments and also different types of media. Like many other nickel alloys, it is flexible, easy to make, and can also be welded.
The Hastelloy C276 Sheet, ASTM B575 UNS N10276, is widely used in a variety of industries, including petrochemical, chemical oil and gas, power generation, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper manufacture, and drainage treatment. Hastelloy C276 Coil exhibits excellent resistance to matching, tension degeneration breaking, and oxidising conditions, among other things. It also exhibits resistance to deterioration by salt water in crevice conditions, which can result in a hostile attack on other commonly used materials. UNS N10276 Plate is typically remedy heat-treated at 2050 degrees Fahrenheit before being rapidly quenched.
